Click on the Historical Quotes tab at the top of the page.
Enter the ticker symbol and then the closing date that you want.
Yahoo! Finance
http://finance.yahoo.com
Do a search for a company by entering the ticker in the search box at the top of the page; then click the Get Quotes button.
Under Quotes (on the left), select the Historical Prices link.
Enter the date you are looking for; select Daily, Monthly, Weekly, or Dividends Only and then click the Get Prices button.
